Summit Development Phase 1 offsite transportation improvement projects include improvements to the intersection of Tapp Road at Vanguard Parkway, the extension of Weimer Road to the end of platted Vanguard Parkway, and the intersection of Bloomfield Road at Weimer Road.

Request for Information has been distributed to consultants on May 15 with a submission deadline of June 18, 2026.
