PARKING SERVICES DIVISION
The Parking Services Division is located at 206 S. Walnut Street, Bloomington, Indiana 47404
The front office and lobby operational hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (except city observed holidays).
You can pay your citation online anytime or in person or by phone during operational hours.
You can appeal your citation online anytime.
If you have a Parking appeal related question please contact the City Clerk's office at (812) 349-3408 during normal business hours or emailed [email protected] . All appeals must be done in writing and can not be done over the phone.
For all other parking-related questions call (812) 349-3436 Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except city observed holidays). If agents are busy please leave a voicemail and we will return the call as soon as possible during normal business hours.
Parking garage only questions: (812) 369-3622 this line is open and staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except city observed holidays)
