APPROVING AMENDED LEGAL REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT FOR COMMON COUNCIL
Resolution 2026-14 approves the Amended Agreement for Legal Services to provide additional time for the Common Council to receive legal representation on an as-needed basis. This resolution also sets a maximum amount for the Agreement that is not to exceed the salary for the vacant Deputy Attorney/Deputy Administrator position.
