The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) of the Bloomington-Monroe County Metropolitan Planning Organization provides the Policy Committee with technical advice on projects and programs that the MPO has developed.

Technical Advisory Committee meetings are open to the public and are held monthly, except for June and December. All meetings take place in the McCloskey Room at City Hall. Committee procedures are detailed in the BMCMPO Operational Bylaws & the Electronic Meeting Policy Resolution.
