Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Sam was found in a dirty shed with no clean water or food on July 3, 2026. As a result, he is very food-motivated and will not be able to free feed. He thinks the other cat who lives here is either a toy or prey, so he'd be best where he is the only cat. Noises do not startle him, so he will be happy to watch movies with loud sound effects on the couch with you. He has been harness trained a little and loves to explore the outdoors, but he won't go very far. He is playful, cuddly, talkative, and watchful. He longs to be the center of your world. He is good around other people and tolerates being picked up by anyone. I don't have kids, so I'm not sure how good he is around them. He also loves watching Gerry and the Mouse Hole on YouTube and longs to figure out how to get to the real mouse. I'd love to keep him here. I've tried Purina One Calming Care, several types of Feliway, and various cat introductions, but he won't stop bullying the other cat. He deserves a good home where he can be the center of attention and he can play, love, and cuddle with great enthusiasm.
